Abstract

Ivan Franko had been learning the historical literature of Galychyna during all his scientific activity. He gave the basic analysis to the works of the regional ethnographers, beginning from the first efforts of the researchers to the scientific works of the scientists of his time. The researchers by I. Franko about the state of the development historical-regional ethnography literature in Galychyna have a great scientific value nowadays and serve as an important source for modern historians.
