| Abstract: | At first Chernobyl legacy became the internal affair of Western states. It comerused both the ecological and the financial plones. That is why on 16 December, 2000 Ukraine made the twelly historical step. The most teurible chapter in the history of civilization was written to an end and Ukraine passed the test for the right "to come loch to Europe". |
