Функції номінацій рослинного світу в заголовках текстів сучасної української прози

Abstract

У статті досліджено функції фітонімів у заголовках текстів сучасної української прози, доведено, що рослинні номінації характеризуються етнічно-культурною маркованістю, окреслено їх смислетворче поле. Проаналізовано роль заголовків сучасної української прози; доведено, що вони зазвичай є не лише ядром ідеї, але й репрезентантом національно-культурної своєрідності українського народу. Особливу увагу приділено функціям номінацій рослинного світу в заголовках творів сучасної української прози, що характеризуються етнічно-культурною маркованістю. Доведено, що номінації рослинного світу є не тільки давнім, інформаційно насиченим шаром української лексики, але й елементом національно-мовної картини світу. Визначено стилетворчий потенціал номінацій рослинного світу у творах сучасних українських письменників. Проведено зіставлення символічного значення деяких фітонімів із колористичним означенням. Проаналізовано деякі асоціати виявлених фітонімів, їхні аксіологічні компоненти; символіко-асоціативну образність, якої набувають номінації рослинного світу у творах сучасних українських письменників. Виявлено й досліджено деякі контрастні асоціативно-образні поля фітонімв. Показано, яким чином у мовній палітрі художнього твору слова із запаховою семантикою можуть вербалізувати внутрішні переживання героїв. Смислотворче поле дендронімів, фітонімів, флоронімів у заголовках і текстах сучасних прозових творів досить широке: вони можуть виражати національні коди із прихованим символічним змістом, утворювати низку асоціативних образів, бути часовим камертоном чи представляти просторовий колорит. Назви рослин становлять багате й досить надійне джерело для деяких культурно-історичних, етнографічних, географічних висновків, що виходять за межі суто лінгвістичних завдань. Доведено, що номінації рослинного світу в заголовках сучасної української прози формують інформативно-концептуальну структуру художнього тексту, характеризуються етнічно-культурною маркованістю, а такі назви, як «ружа», «калина», «тополя», «гарбуз», «черемха», є архетипними маркерами української нації.

In the article the functions of phytonyms are investigated in the titles of the texts of modern Ukrainian prose, vegetable nominations are proved to have ethnically cultural markedness, their semantic field is outlined. The role of titles of contemporary Ukrainian prose is analyzed; it is proved that they are usually not only the nucleus of the idea, but also a representative of the national and cultural identity of the Ukrainian people. Particular attention is paid to the functions of nominations of the flora in the titles of contemporary Ukrainian prose, which are characterized by ethnic and cultural markedness. It has been proved that the nomination of the flora is not only an ancient, information-rich layer of Ukrainian vocabulary, but also an element of the national-linguistic picture of the world. The stylistic potential of the nominations of flora in the works of contemporary Ukrainian writers has been determined. The symbolic meaning of some phytonyms with coloristic meaning is compared. Some associates of detected phytonyms and their axiological components are analyzed; symbolic-associative imagery acquired by the nominations of the flora in the works of contemporary Ukrainian writers. Some contrasting associative-imagery phytonym fields have been identified and investigated. It is shown how in the linguistic palette of a literary text the words with fragrant semantics can verbalize the inner experiences of heroes. Semantic field of dendronyms, phytonyms, floronysms in titles and texts of contemporary prose texts is wide enough: they can express national codes with the hidden symbolic meaning, to form the range of associative images, be a tense camertone or represent a diatopical colour. The names of plants are a rich and reliable enough source for some cultural and historical, ethnographic, geographical conclusions which go beyond the scope of purely linguistic tasks. The nominations of the vegetable world in the titles of modern Ukrainian prose are proved to form the informative and conceptual structure of literary text, to have ethnically cultural markedness, and such names, as rose, viburnum, poplar, pumpkin, a bird cherry tree are archetypical markers of the Ukrainian nation.
