Теоретические аспекты исследования этимологической сущности хозяйственного потенциала региона.

Abstract

В статье определены этимологическая сущность хозяйственного потенциала региона, понятие «хозяйственный потенциал» и эволюция его трактовки. Предложено собственное определение: хозяйственный потенциал региона – это совокупность средств и ресурсов, обеспечи- вающих развитие и функционирование хозяйственного комплекса. Рассмотрены виды потенциала, которые соответствуют восьми классификационным признакам: по уровню абстрагирования – пси- хофизиологический, социокультурный, экономический, природный и человеческий; в зависимости от уровня агрегированности оценки – мирового хозяйства, национальной экономики, отраслевой потенциал, региональный, территориальный, потенциал объединений предприятий, предприятий и их структурных подразделений и потенциал производственных участков и рабочих мест; по отрас- левой принадлежности – промышленный (пищевая), сельскохозяйственный, транспортно-коммуни- кационный, научный, строительный; по мере реализации – фактический (реализованный), перспек- тивный; по направлению деятельности – экспортный и импортный; по составу – оборотных фондов, основных фондов, научно-технический, нематериальных активов, организационно-управленческий, трудовой; по виду среды – внутренний и внешний и т.д.

The article explains the etymological essence of the economic potential of the region. The concept of economic potential and the evolution of its interpretation are defined. In this study, both general scientific and special methods were used, which are represented by the system approach, structural analysis and synthesis, as well as literary and historical methods. Proposed its own definition of this scientific category, according to which the economic potential of the region is a set of resources and resources that ensure the development and functioning of the economic complex. The types of potential that correspond to the eight classification characteristics are considered: by the level of abstraction – psychophysiological, socio-cultural, economic, natural and human; depending on the level of aggregation of the assessment: the world economy, the national economy, sectoral potential, regional, territorial, potential of associations of enterprises, enterprises and their structural units and the potential of production sites and workplaces; by industry – industrial, strong-economic, trans-communication, scientific, construction; as far as implementation – actual (implementation), prospective; in the line of business – export and import; on elemental composition – the potential of revolving funds, the potential of fixed assets, scientific and technical potential, the potential of intangible assets, organizational and managerial potential, labor potential; by type of environment – internal and external; on the functional sphere of origin – production, scientific and technical, marketing and infrastructure.
