| Abstract: | Розглянуто аспекти державного управління та регулювання у контексті розвитку інноваційноінвестиційної регіональної діяльності, як системного процесу у конкурентній економіці. Окреслено передумови створення системи державного управління інноваційним розвитком регіональної економіки, представлено основні недоліки та причини неефективної інвестиційноінноваційної діяльності. | Description: | It considers the aspects of the government management and the government regulation regarding the development of innovation and investment regional activity as a system process at the market economy. It describes the preconditions for the creation of the system of the government management aimed at the innovative development of the regional economy. The main disadvantages of the ineffective investment and innovation activity as well as the reasons for the ineffective investment and innovation activity are viewed. Key words: the system of government management and government regulation, investment and innovation activity, the regional development, the system’s structure, investment resources, innovation potential. |
