Анализ влияния факторов на формирование хозяйственного потенциала Карпатского региона

Abstract

Проведен анализ влияния факторов на формирование хозяйственного потенциа- ла Карпатского региона (КР). Проанализированы негативные и позитивные изменения в развитии КР. К негативным изменениям в развитии следует отнести: сокращение экономически активного населения, сокращение учебных заведений, сокращение численности учащихся во всех учебных за- ведениях, уменьшение численности учреждений здравоохранения, сокращение больничных учреж- дений и больничных коек в них, уменьшение среднего медицинского персонала и рост зарегистриро- ванных заболеваний, сокращение количества концертных организаций. К позитивным изменениям в развитии КР следует отнести рост числа врачей всех специальностей, увеличение среднесуточного объема местного телевещания и радиовещания, рост валового регионального продукта, постоянный рост объема капитальных инвестиций. Проанализированы политические, экономические и соци- альные факторы развития КР. К главным политическим факторам в процессе привлечения капита- ловложений с целью развития хозяйственного потенциала КР относят тип политического режима, политической стабильности, позицию органов государственной власти. К экономическим факторам относят: улучшение или ухудшение экономического положения, что приводит к росту или умень- шения дохода населения Украины. Из социальных факторов угрожающими являются: демография, структура доходов и расходов, базовые ценности, модели поведения потребителей. Проведено корре- ляционное исследование факторов формирования хозяйственного потенциала КР.

The author of this article has analyzed the influence of factors on the formation of the economic potential of the Carpathian region (СR). It has been analyzed the negative and positive changes in the development of the СR. The negative changes in the development of the СR comprise the reduction of the economically active population, the reduction of educational institutions, the reduction of the number of pupils in all other educational institutions, the reduction of the number of health care institutions, the reduction of hospital facilities and hospital beds in them, the reduction of average medical personnel and the growth of registered diseases, the reduction of the number of theatres and concert organizations. Among the positive changes in the development of the СR there are the growth of the number of doctors of all specialties, the increase in the average daily volume of local broadcasting, as well as the increase in radio broadcasting, the growth of the gross regional product, and the constant growth of the volume of capital investments. The author has also examined the political, economic and social factors of the development in the СR. There are main political factors in the process of attracting investments in order to develop the economic potential of the СR, among which are: the type of political regime, political stability, and the position of state authorities. The author has included the improvement or deterioration of the economic situation, which leads to an increase or decrease in the income of the population of Ukraine, to the main economic factors. Among threatening social factors are demography, income and expenditure structure. The author has also conducted the correlation study of the factors, which form the economic potential of the СR
