Актуальність вивчення питань щодо державного управління медико-соціальним забезпеченням учасників АТО та членів їх сімей

Abstract

Сучасний етап розвитку незалежної України характеризується скрутними, складними соціо економічними умовами, перманентним погіршенням медико демографічної ситуації, якості здоров'я та життя громадян, ускладнених веденням антитерористичної операції. Внаслідок: значні руйнування інфраструктури на тимчасово окупованих територіях, порушення усталеної, злагодженої життєдіяльності тисячів українців, поява постраждалих та переселенців, збільшен ня кількості військових, втрати життя та здоров'я тисяч громадян тощо. Розширення категорій осіб, які потребують підтримки з боку держави та виникнення нового спектру потреб населення України сьогодні значною мірою актуалізують необхідність перегляду питань щодо державно го управління медико соціальним забезпеченням населення загалом, учасників АТО і членів їх сімей зокрема, із обов'язковим вивченням та урахуванням реальних умов життєдіяльності країни та її мешканців.

The current stage of the development of the independent Ukraine, complicated with the anti terroristic operation, is characterized by a predicament, difficult and complicated socio economic conditions, permanent deterioration of the medical and demographic situation, the quality of citizens' health and life. As a result, there are a considerable destruction of infrastructure in the temporarily occupied territories, violations of the thousands of Ukrainians' established, coordinated life, the appearance of victims and displaced persons, increasing the number of militaries, loss of the life and health of thousands prople and so on. The expanding that categories of people, who need state's support and the appearance of new spectrum of needs of the population of Ukraine today is largely actualize the necessity to review the issues about the medical and social providing governance, especially for the members of anti terroristic operation and their families, with obligatory studying and taking into account the real living conditions of the country and its inhabitants.
