Abstract

Resume Health is an outstanding value, a key aspect of national security, a source of high-quality human resources of the nation. The article presents the main health risks factors and their classification according to the different attributes, and also, the risks of the development of the health care system on the background of current conditions of life in Ukraine. Modern health risks are taken as the basis for the determination the priorities of the development of health care government and minimization the risks on the way of formation of a healthy nation.
