Оцінка діяльності Баренцової Євро-Арктичної ради в російському інформаційному просторі

Abstract

The activities of the Barents Euro-Arctic Council in the Russian information space is estimated ambiguous. In Russian official circles since the establishment of the Barents Council until today completely dominates positive assessment of its activities. In the scientific community after the events of 2014 BEAC activities often highlighted in the context of confrontation between the EU and Russia. In newsletters, representing the radical nationalist circles of society, the functioning of the organization is assessed negatively, mainly in the context of the geopolitical weakening of Russia in the Arctic region. Quite noticeable attention of many Russian media, which reflect the views of statesmen, scientists, experts and other representatives of the Russian society, to the BEAC is evidence of activity and efficiency of the organization.
