Соціокультурна діяльність та інклюзивна освіта: точки дотику

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано доцільність використання ресурсів соціокультурної діяльності у інклюзивній освіті, яка є актуальною потребою сучасного гуманного суспільства. Методами дослідження є: аналіз психолого-педагогічної літератури з проблеми дослідження, метод синтезу й узагальнення. Розкрито сутнісну характеристику інклюзії як принципу організації та функціонування соціальної держави; інклюзивної освіти як пріоритетної цілі соціального суспільства; соціокультурної діяльності як спеціально організованого соціальними інститутами процесу залучення людини до культурних цінностей соціуму та активного включення в нього самої особистості. Розглянуто нормативно-правову базу інклюзивної освіти. Окреслено перспективи використання соціокультурних заходів та форм діяльності у інклюзивній освіті. Зроблено висновок, що потенціал соціокультурної діяльності становить значний інтерес для практиків інклюзивної освіти і потребує подальшого вивчення та аналізу.

The article substantiates the expediency of using the resources of sociocultural activities in inclusive education, which is an urgent need of modern humane society. Research methods used: analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the research problem, method of synthesis and generalization. The essential characteristics of inclusion as a principle of organization and functioning of the welfare state, inclusive education as a priority goal of social society; sociocultural activity as a specially organized by social institutions the process of involving a person in the cultural values of society and the active inclusion of the individual are revealed. The normative-legal base of inclusive education is considered. The key characteristics of sociocultural activity are revealed: in the process of sociocultural activity the development of the spiritual world of the individual takes place; personality is formed through the development of physical, moral and aesthetic qualities; sociocultural activities have a positive effect on the formation of relationships and communications between people; in the course of sociocultural activity the process of creating a cultural environment of society is carried out. It is noted that gradually sociocultural practices are included in inclusive educational projects, and the emphasis is on the joint cultural activities of the participants. The educational process becomes part of the sociocultural environment. It is concluded that the potential of sociocultural activities is of considerable interest to practitioners of inclusive education and needs further study and analysis. Sociocultural activity allows to expand the range of forms and methods of pedagogical activity, satisfying the basic social needs of a person with special educational needs, namely: the need for communication and interaction with society, socialization and self-realization.
