Формування психологічно безпечного освітньо-наукового середовища в закладі вищої освіти

Abstract

Статтю присвячено проблемі формування психологічно безпечного освітньо-наукового середовища в закладі вищої освіти На підставі аналізу наукової літератури з’ясовано сутність та визначено структурно-функціональні компоненти психологічно безпечного освітньо-наукового середовища закладу вищої освіти. Для вивчення стану психологічної безпеки закладу освіти використано модифіковану методику І. Баєвої та розроблену анкету для здобувачів вищої освіти третього (освітньо-наукового) рівня щодо наявності конфліктних ситуацій. Представлено результати вивчення стану психологічної безпеки освітньо-наукового середовища та анкетування аспірантів з питань наявності конфліктних ситуацій. Запропоновано комплексну програму формування психологічно безпечного освітньо-наукового середовища, що охоплює: діагностику та експертизу психологічної безпеки освітньо-наукового середовища; забезпечення емоційного комфорту здобувачів вищої освіти в освітньому процесі; створення умов для отримання аспірантами освітньої, інформаційної, організаційної, психологічної та консультативної підтримки; забезпечення психолого-педагогічного супроводу аспірантів; попередження психологічного насилля у закладі вищої освіти; постійний моніторинг показників психологічної безпеки освітньо-наукового середовища; створення умов для підвищення рівня комфортності академічного персоналу, підтримання на належному рівні стану їх професійного здоров’я; створення умов для підвищення якості наукової діяльності викладачів та аспірантів. Окреслено основні шляхи реалізації комплексної програми формування психологічно безпечного освітньо-наукового середовища закладу вищої освіти.

The article deals with the problem of formation of a psychologically safe educational and scientifi c environment in a higher education institution. The core and structural and functional components of a psychologically safe educational and scientifi c environment of a higher education institution are clarifi ed concerning the analysis of scientifi c literature: object interaction of participants of educational process, material and technical conditions of work and training, semantic and methodical conditions of educational process. To study the state of psychological security of the education institution, a modifi ed method of I. Bayeva was used and a questionnaire was developed for applicants for higher education of the third (educational-scientifi c) level regarding the presence of confl ict situations. The results of studying the state of psychological security of the educational and scientifi c environment of higher education institutions are presented. The main component of the educational and scientifi c environment is determined – the psychological component (the nature of communication between the subjects of the educational process). The results of the survey of applicants of the third (educational and scientifi c) level of higher education on the issues of confl ict situations are analyzed. A comprehensive program for the formation of a psychologically safe educational and scientifi c environment is proposed, which includes: diagnosis and examination of the psychological safety of the educational and scientifi c environment; ensuring the emotional comfort of higher education students in the educational process; creating conditions for PhD students to receive educational, informational, organizational, psychological and counseling support; provision of psychological support for PhD students; prevention of psychological violence in higher education; constant monitoring of indicators of psychological safety of the educational and scientifi c environment; development of conditions for increasing the level of comfort of academic staff, maintaining the proper level of their professional health; creating conditions for improving the quality of scientifi c activity of teachers and PhD students.
