| Abstract: | У статті досліджено роль легкої промисловості у забезпеченні зайнятості населення Закарпатської області, зокрема виявлено позитивний вплив галузі на регіональний ринок праці. Також в статті досліджено ефективність матеріального стимулювання на підприємствах легкої промисловості як важливого чинника мотивації зайнятості. | Description: | In the paper a role of light industry in providing the employment of population of Zakarpattya oblast was carried out. Particularly, a positive impact of industry on the regional labour market was revealed. Also in the paper an effectiveness of stimulation as an important motivational employment factor for the enterprises in light industry was investigated.
