| Abstract: | The results of comparison of spectral position of the LF bands of As-S glass system with theoretical calculation of vibrational spectra of different clusters (As2S3, As2S5, As4S6, As6S9) in the LF region (5-100 cm-1) are given. Calculated distribution of clusters lengths f(L) for As2S3 glass. Приведені результати порівняння спектрального положення НЧ смуг в стеклах системи As-S з теоретичними розрахунками коливального спектру різних кластерів (As2S3, As2S5, As4S6, As6S9) в НЧ області (5-100 сm-1). Для скла As2S3 розраховано розподіл кластерів за довжинами в ланцюжковому наближенні. |
