| Description: | The author of the article has singled out the social and cultural characteristics of the Internet environment as a global multicultural environment of modern identity and its role in the USA education systen. The level of international cooperation between higher education institutions of the USA and Europe in the dissemination and promotion of Internet technologies has been considered, the development of models of bilingual multicultural education component of information technology has been analysed; singled key interrelated and interdependent elements of information technology in multicultural education system of the United States have been defi ned.
