Реалізація права на мирні зібрання в Україні та Польщі

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз законодавчого регулювання реалізації права на мирні зібрання громадянами Польщі та України. Розглянуто порядок проведення мирних зібрань, необхідність повідомлення місцевої влади про їх проведення, повноваження, які має місцева влада в цій сфері. Визначено загальне коло проблем, що виникають у зв’язку з відсутністю законодавчого регулювання реалізації права на мирні зібрання. The article analyzes the legislative regulation of the implementation of the right to peaceful assembly by citizens of Poland and Ukraine. The order of holding peaceful gatherings, the need to inform the local authorities about their conduct, the powers that local authorities have in this area were considered. The general range of problems, which arise in connection with the lack of legislative regulation of realization of the right to peaceful assembly, is defined.
