Роль державної мови у формуванні конституційної ідентичності: спроба критичного аналізу

Abstract

Статтю присвячено критичному осмисленню впливу української мови як державної на формування конституційної ідентичності. Проаналізовано поняття державної мови, відмінності державної мови від офіційної та значення державної мови у рішеннях органів кон- ституційної юрисдикції. Досліджено зв’язок між державною мовою та консолідацією нації. Ключові слова: конституційна ідентичність, державна мова, офіційна мова, національна ідентичність, конституційний суд.

The article is devoted to critical reflection on the influence of the Ukrainian as a state language on the formation of constitutional identity. The concept of the state language, differences of the state language from the official, and the importance of the state languages in the decisions of the constitutional jurisdiction bodies are analyzed. The connection between the state language and the consolidation of the nation is researched.
