Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу законодавства з питань класифікації фінансових послуг. Автор зазначає, що наявність значної кількості фінансових послуг зумовлює необхідність їх класифікації. Автор статті наводить різні критерії класифікації основних видів фінансових послуг. The article is devoted to the analysis of legislation on the classification of financial services. The author notes that the presence of a significant number of financial services necessitates their classification. In this article the author gives various criteria for the classification of the main types of financial services.
