Abstract: | У статті досліджуються окремі проблемні аспекти виконання нареченими обов’язку повідомлення один одного про стан свого
здоров’я. Звертається увага на правові наслідки приховування одним із наречених відомостей про стан свого здоров’я. З’ясовано, що з
метою належного правового регулювання відносин у досліджуваній сфері окремі питання потребують свого вирішення шляхом внесення
відповідних змін до чинного законодавства.

This article examines a number of problem aspects of the implementation of intending spouses’ duty to notify each other of their health condition. It focuses on the legal implications of either intending spouse’s failure to disclose any material information about their health condition. It is inferred that, in order to properly regulate legal relations in the area under study, certain issues need to be resolved by making appropriate amendments to the existing law.
