| Abstract: | У статті обґрунтовуються особливості та проблеми системи норм та нормативів праці в Україні. Звертається увага на головне завдання нормування праці, його вітчизняну практику та недоліки. Нормування праці в останні роки об’єктивно вийшло на перший план та є одним з найважливіших елементів системи управління персоналом підприємства. Світовий досвід засвідчує, що ефективна робота підприємств в економіці ринкового типу можлива лише за умови високого рівня організації нормування праці. Ключові слова: нормування праці, норми праці ,результати трудової діяльності, складність праці. |
| Description: | The article is grounded features and problems of norms and standards of work in Ukraine. Attention is drawn to the main task of rationing of labor, its national practices and shortcomings. Standardization work in recent years, objectively come to the fore and is one of the most important elements of the HR business. World experience shows that the effective operation of enterprises in the economy market type is possible only if a high level of standardization work. Key words: regulation of labor, labor standards, the results of work, complexity of work. |
