Звернення до публічної адміністрації як дієвий юридичний засіб боротьби з корупцією

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовується значення звернень до публічної адміністрації у боротьбі з корумпованістю чиновників. Розкриваються сут- нісні особливості таких ініціатив в адміністративному порядку, в т. ч. з погляду легітимного способу передачі й отримання інформації. Окреслюється роль звернень до публічної адміністрації як ефективного юридичного інструменту контролю за діяльністю публічної адмі- ністрації та способу участі в управлінні державними справами. In the article is justified the importance of appeals to the public administration in the fight against corruption of officials. The essential features of such initiatives are described in the administrative order, including from the point of view of the legitimate method of transmitting and receiving information. Is determined the role of appeals to the public administration as an effective legal instrument of control over the activities of the public administration and a way of participation in the management of public affairs.
