The article defines the most important functions of Interpol. The legal and institutional contribution of Interpol to the strengthening of international law and order has been grounded. Proposals on the effectiveness of interaction between the National Central Bureau of Interpol and the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine have been substantiated.
