Прояви професійної деформації працівників міліції

Abstract

У статті наведено результати дослідження проявів професійної деформації працівників органів внутрішніх справ. Визначено, що в розвитку професійної деформації працівників ОВС домінуючу роль має специфіка службової діяльності, так як саме її чинники ставлять відповідні вимоги, щодо особистісних особливостей спеціаліста. The article is based on the results of the research of the signs of professional deformation of interior ministry officers. There was defined that the specificity of the service activity plays the dominant role in development of professional deformation of the officers, since its factors put correspondent requirements for personal features of the professional.
