Abstract

Описано життєвий шлях одного з засновників фізичної науки на Закарпатті - професора І.П. Запісочного. Наведено коротку довідку про основні віхи розвитку фізики в Ужгородському університеті та створення наукових підрозділів. Розкрито поняття "наукова нікола", дано основні етапи розвитку досліджень з атомної фізики, фізики електронних і атомних зіткнень, квантової електроніки. Розглянуто структуру наукової школи професора І.П.Запісочного та вказано прізвища його учнів - докторів та кандидатів наук.

The biography of Prof. I.P.Zapesochny, one of the founders of physical science in Transcarpathia, is described. A brief information of the milestones of development of physics at Uzhhorod University and creation of scientific departments is given. The concept of scientific school is discussed, the main stages of the development of studies in atomic physics, electron and atom collision physics, quantum electronics are outlined. The structure of the scientific school of Prof. Zapesochny is considered, the names of his disciples — Doctors and Candidates of Sciences are indicated.
