«М’яка сила» Європейського Союзу в Україні

Abstract

Дослідження присвячено аналізу діяльності «м’якої сили» в Україні, її реалізації саме через культурну складову: зміни у фінансуванні ЄС проєктів у рамках Східного партнерства, розподіл допомоги по території України, де пріоритетними є західні регіони, програма «Erasmus +», яка стала продовженням попередніх програм, але розрахована на розширення системи мобільності і співпраці не тільки в освітній області, а також в областях молодіжних ініціатив і спорту. Розглянуто явище «м’якої сили» як одного з ефективних засобів підвищення ефективності впливу держави. Проаналізовано привабливість «м’якої сили», арсенал її інструментів, таких, як підтримка економічних проєктів, співпраця у сфері культури, науки, культурні та гуманітарні відносини.

The study is devoted to the analysis of the activity of "soft power" in Ukraine. Its implementation in Ukraine is due to its cultural component: changes in EU funding for projects under the Eastern Partnership, distribution of aid in Ukraine, where the priority is the western regions, Erasmus +, which is a continuation of previous programs, but is designed to expand mobility and cooperation not only in the field of education, but also in the fields of youth initiatives and sports. The phenomenon of "soft power" is considered as one of the effective means of increasing the effectiveness of state influence. The attractiveness of "soft power", its arsenal of tools, such as supportfor economic projects, cooperation in culture, science, cultural and humanitarian relations, is analyzed.
