Пріоритети України в процесі набуття членства в НАТО

Abstract

Інтеграція України в європейські та євроатлантичні структури є, безумовно, головною стратегічною метою держави. Сьогодні Україну розглядають як «опору і генератор стабільності й безпеки в Європі». У ній вбачають стратегічний ланцюг між Заходом і Сходом, Північчю і Півднем, унікального стратегічного партнера Європейського Союзу та особливого партнера НАТО. В умовах сучасної воєнно-політичної ситуації інтереси національної безпеки і оборони України вимагають суттєвого поглиблення стосунків з Організацією Північноатлантичного договору. Взаємовідносини України з НАТО завжди викликали пильний інтерес та жваві дискусії як всередині країни, так і за її межами. Актуальність досліджуваної проблеми обумовлена як геополітичним положенням України, так і бажанням політичної еліти безпосередньо брати участь у процесі формування європейської системи міжнародних відносин. Державотворення, підвищення рівня соціального забезпечення, економічна незалежність, приведення державних стандартів відповідно до міжнародних є важливими складовими процесу інтеграції України в Європейський Союз. Питання інтеграції України в Європейський Союз не є предметом дискусії, а є предметом часу й результатом виконання всіх поставлених перед українською державою завдань. Статтю присвячено пріоритетам України при її вступі до Північноатлантичного альянсу.

Ukraine's integration into European and Euro-Atlantic structures is, of course, the main strategic goal of the state. Today, Ukraine is seen as a «support and generator of stability and security in Europe». It is seen as a strategic chain between the West and the East, the North and the South, a unique strategic partner of the European Union and a special partner of NATO. In the current military-political situation, the interests of national security and defense of Ukraine require a significant deepening of relations with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Ukraine's relations with NATO have always aroused keen interest and lively discussions, both inside and outside the country. The urgency of this problem is due to both the geopolitical position of Ukraine and the desire of the political elite to directly participate in the process of forming aEuropean system of international relations. Thus, state-building, raising the level of social security, economic independence, bringing state standards in line with international standards are important components of Ukraine's integration into the European Union. The issue of Ukraine's integration into the European Union is not the subject of discussion, but is the subject of time and the result of fulfilling all the tasks set before the Ukrainian state. The article is devoted to the priorities that will be possible with Ukraine's accession to the North Atlantic Alliance. Keywords: NATO, Alliance, integration, security.
