| Abstract: | У статті розглянуто роботи основоположників концепцій якості, їх погляди на сутність якості. Для виконання дослідження використовувались методи порівняльного структурування. На основі дослідження зроблено висновок, що для досягнення високого рівня якості продукції чи послуг, керівництву компанії слід змінити філософію ведення бізнесу – працювати у напрямку безперервного покращення, бути готовими до постійних змін. Ключові слова: концепції якості, основоположники якості, контроль якості, управління якістю. |
| Description: | The elaborations of the founders of the quality conceptions, their views on the quality essence are described in the paper. For the research, the comparative methods of structuring are used. As a results of research, it was concluded, that for the high level of a product or service quality, the management of the company needs to change a business philosophy in order to work leading by constant improvement and be ready to the permanent changes. Key words: quality conceptions, quality founders, quality control, quality management. |
