Abstract: | The effect of the powerful laser light ( = 10.6 um) on the amorphous films has
been studied. The model which takes into account non-linear temperature
dependence of the absorptivity and nonstationarity of the heat removal process is
considered. It describes irreversible changes under laser irradiation and effect of
nonmonotonous changes in optical density of the amorphous film depending on the
pulse length. |
