| Abstract: | The idea of stabilization of phases by impurities and another crystal lattice defects has declared in this paper. The examples of minerals, which cannot be synthesized in the laboratory conditions in clean form, are shown. The phases is stabilized by donor-acceptor complexes in the natural conditions which can be determined by spectroscopic and another physical methods. |
