ВДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ МЕХАНІЗМУ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ РИНКУ ПОСЛУГ В УМОВАХ РЕСТРУКТУРИЗАЦІЇ РЕГІОНАЛЬНОГО ГОСПОДАРСТВА

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовується необхідність оптимізації регіонального організаційно-економічного механізму регулювання розвитку сфери послуг із врахуванням особливостей структурної перебудови господарства, впливу фінансово-економічної кризи. Запропоновано теоретичну модель регіонального механізму регулювання, що враховує цілі та напрями розвитку ринку послуг, шляхи їх реалізації. Напрями розвитку ринку послуг, на які спрямовується дія організаційних, економічних, соціальних важелів впливу, визначені із врахуванням регіональної специфіки соціально-економічних відносин, що складаються з приводу реалізації ринкових нефінансових послуг у Закарпатській області, і разом з тим узгоджені з необхідністю структурної перебудови економіки регіону на засадах інноваційно-інвестиційної моделі розвитку.

In the article the necessity of optimizing regional organizational and economic mechanism of regulation of services sector is justified taking into account the peculiarities of the restructuring of the economy and impact of financial crisis. A theoretical model of regional adjustment mechanism is proposed. It takes into account the goals and directions of the services market dveelopment, the ways of their implementation. Areas of services market development for which the action of organizational, economic, social leverage is directed, are defined taking into account specific regional socio-economic relations of non-financial services in the Transcarpathian region, and yet agreed on the need of economic restructuring in the region based on innovative investment model of development.
