Abstract:	The values of low-temperature mean thermal capacity have been determined for the compounds Cd4GeS6, Hg4GeS6, Cd4GeSe6, Hg2GeSe4, and Hg2SnSe4. Using obtained results, the \| values of characteristic temperature (Q), standard entropy (S°298) and formation entropy (S°298) have been calculated for each mentioned compounds. Estimation of the values of real thermal capacity (Cр 298) and boundary values of formation enthalpy (Hf,298) has also been carried out.
