Сучасні тенденції професійної підготовки фахівців в умовах ступеневої освіти

Abstract

У статті визначено сучасні підходи до ступеневої освіти у контексті освітніх реформ. Проаналізовано окремі законодавчі акти з означеного питання, сконцентровано увагу на наукових розвідках останніх років. Дослідження проведено на основі визначених нових ступенів та рівнів підготовки майбутніх фахівців. Метою статті стало з’ясування ролі ступеневої освіти у підготовці майбутніх фахівців із підприємництва, торгівлі та біржової діяльності. Серед завдань такі: з’ясувати сучасні підходи до підготовки спеціалістів за ступеневою освітою, проаналізувати стан досліджуваної проблеми на прикладі окремих закладів освіти України. Методи наукового дослідження: аналіз, порівняння, спостереження за освітнім процесом, анкетування, узагальнення. Автором запропоновано окремі технології навчання в процесі викладання економічних дисциплін.

Modern approaches to multistage education in the context of educational reforms are defined in the article. Some legislative acts on the issues mentioned above are analyzed. The attention is focused on scientific exploration for the recent years. A positive point is the improvement of educational legislation which is aimed at streamlining the list of specialties, creating modern educational programs and providing access to international programs. The research has been conducted based on the identified new degrees and levels of training the intending professionals. The aim of the article is to define the role of multistage education system in training the intending professionals from business, trade and stock activities. The major objectives are to find out new approaches to training specialists in multidegree education, analyze the status of the problem under investigation on the example of some educational institutions in Ukraine. The research methods used are analysis, comparison, observing the educational process, questioning, summarizing. The status of the problem under investigation is analyzed on the example of training the intending professionals from business, trade and exchange activities based on the cooperation between the individual schools and Poland. The author proposed some learning technologies in teaching economic disciplines. Among them there are RAFT-technology, objectives planning, story-telling, interactive information search. The role of independent work in the educational process of higher education is studied which shows that proper organization of independent work allows not only to master the qualitative economic knowledge, but also to lay the foundations for further self-education (lifelong learning) and self-improvement. Organization of students’ independent work in college passed certain stages. Examples of tasks for students’ independent work from their own experience are represented, based on the author’s experience. It is stated that the current domestic science is increased by innovative methods and educational forms, including information and telecommunication. The conclusions and perspectives for future research are formed.
