Аналіз стану мовної компетентності офіцерів Національної гвардії України

Abstract

Анотація. Враховуючи входження України в європейський простір, курс інтеграції в НАТО та те, що офіцери НГУ постійно залучаються до заходів міжнародного співробітництва, у статті здійснено аналіз ста- ну розвитку мовної компетентності офіцерів НГУ та систематизовано результати опитувань та анкетувань щодо стану та тенденцій розвитку мовної компетентності офіцерів НГУ, окреслено ключові характеристики сформованості мовної компетентності офіцерів, їх готовності до самоосвіти та формування мовної компе- тентності. З метою визначення сучасного стану сформованості мовної компетентності офіцерів НГУ та став- лення офіцерів до інноваційних технологій та технологій дистанційного навчання при формуванні мовної компетентності проведено моніторингове дослідження методом анкетування офіцерів НГУ. Актуальною про- блемою підготовки офіцерів НГУ вважаємо створення різноманітних умов для її вивчення: організаційних, педагогічних, технічних, нормативних; врахування рівня знання мови офіцерами і диференціація навчання на цій основі; вдосконалення змісту і методик викладання іноземної мови відповідно до посадових обов’язків офіцерів з урахуванням специфіки діяльності військових частин НГУ; формування позитивної мотивації до вивчення мови у офіцерів; забезпечення іншомовної практики для офіцерів в щоденній діяльності та іншо- мовному середовищі; полікультурна підготовка офіцерів; підготовка офіцерів до ДН. Abstract. According to the Ukraine integration in the European Union, the NATO integration course and the fact that NGU offi cers are constantly involved in international cooperation, we analyzed in the article the state of development of NGU offi cers’ language competence and systematized the results of the state of language competence of NGU offi cers and key characteristics of the language competence development in offi cers ass well as readiness of the offi cers for self-education and for the language competence development. A monitoring study was conducted by surveying NGU offi cers to determine the current state of language competence development in NGU offi cers and the attitude of offi cers to innovative technologies and distance learning technologies in the language competence development. We consider the creation of various conditions for the study to be an urgent problem of training NGU offi cers. Among them there are organizational, pedagogical, technical, normative conditions; considering of the level of language profi ciency of offi cers and diff erentiation of training on this basis; improving the content and methods of teaching a foreign language in accordance with the duties and responsibilities of offi cers, with the specifi cs of the activities of NGU units; formation of positive motivation in offi cers to learn the language; providing foreign language practice for offi cers in daily activities and foreign language environment; multicultural training of offi cers; DL training for offi cers. The state of language competence development in offi cers is outlined with indication of problems of language competence development and emphasis is placed on eff ective forms of training with a view to developing of language competence components development in NGU offi cers.
