Науково-дослідницька діяльність як чинник формування професійної мобільності сучасного фахівця

Abstract

Анотація. Трансформаційні процеси в сучасному суспільстві, ринковий підхід до підготовки фахівців, посилення конкуренції в сфері працевлаштування зумовлюють актуальність розвитку професійної мобіль- ності особистості. В загальному вигляді професійна мобільність характеризує готовність і здатність фахівця до соціально-психологічних і функціонально-статусних змін, інноваційних перетворень себе і оточуючого се- редовища. Очевидно, що розвиток цієї якості є одним із важливих завдань вищої школи. Найбільш інтенсив- ному формуванню професійної мобільності сприяють різноманітні чинники, зокрема, науково-дослідницька діяльність. Мета статті – охарактеризувати феномен науково-дослідницької діяльності сучасного фахівця як чинника формування його професійної мобільності. Методи дослідження: аналіз і синтез наукової літератури (для з’ясування ключових понять дослідження), систематизація (з метою виявлення наявних наукових підхо- дів до вирішення означеної проблеми), теоретичне узагальнення (для формулювання підсумкових положень та висновків). Встановлено, що науково-дослідницька діяльність – це практика зі здобуття нових науково обґрунтованих знань, спрямованих на планомірну зміну соціальної дійсності, яка реалізується в логічній по- слідовності через застосування відповідних форм і методів наукового пізнання. В процесі науково-дослід- ницької діяльності відбувається розвиток професійного, системного, логічного, рефлексивного, творчого та інноваційного мислення, здатність передбачити результати роботи в залежності від умов діяльності. Відбува- ється процес формування професійної активності, а відтак – професійної мобільності фахівця. Abstract. Transformational processes in the modern society, the market approach to training of specialists, increasing of competition in the fi eld of employment determine the relevance of the development of professional mobility of the individual. In general, professional mobility characterizes the readiness and ability of the specialist to socio-psychological and functional-status changes, innovative transformations of themselves and the environment. Obviously, the development of this quality is one of the most important tasks of the vocational school. The most intensive formation of professional mobility is facilitated by various factors, one of which is scientifi c research activity. The purpose of the article is to characterize the phenomenon of scientifi c research activity of a modern specialist as a factor of the formation of his professional mobility. Research methods: analysis and synthesis of scientifi c literature (to clarify the key concepts of the study), systematization (in order to identify existing scientifi c approaches to solving this problem), theoretical generalization (to formulate the fi nal provisions and conclusions). The phenomenon of scientifi c research activity is considered on the example of the specialty «Social work». Scientifi c research activity is an integral component of social work, which is formed through the separation of the scientifi c research subsystem in its system. This interpretation of scientifi c research activity allows us to identify its most important features: it is an empirical scientifi c research activity; it is purposeful and characterized by the relationship of certain elements, procedures and methods; it is built within the framework of logical and constructive schemes, methods and means of cognition inherent in research activities; it is performed in accordance with the research algorithm; relies on the facts that require empirical verifi cation; the result is new knowledge about the objects of social activity; is a methodological regulation that sets the logical direction of choice of methods and means of activity. In the process of scientifi c research activity there is the development of professional, systematic, logical, refl ective, creative and innovative thinking, the ability to predict the results of work depending on the conditions of activity.
