| Abstract: | Preliminary obtained ternary Ag2GeS3 and Tl2GeS3 in proper amounts melts to produce needs samples. Obtained samples were investigated by differential thermal analyses: and XRD. On the results of DTA and XRD the phase diagram of Ag2GeS;3 — Tl2GeS3 system have been established. It is the eutectic type diagram with a limited solubility of components in a solid state. |
