Формування професійної компетентності студентів в умовах дистанційного навчання

Abstract

Звертаючись до проблеми якісної професійної підготовки студентів, автор бачить можли- вості підвищення її ефективності в інтеграції індивідуально-особистісних особливостей із зацікавленістю здобувачів вищої освіти зміс- том завдань самостійної роботи. Це сприя- тиме формуванню професійних умінь і навичок студентів та відповідатиме рівню сучасних вимог до майбутніх спеціалістів. Реалізацію зазначеного підходу може бути здійснено в межах компетентнісної парадигми. Аналіз категорії «професійна компетент- ність» розглядається в контексті профе- сійно-практичної підготовки у вищій школі. Відзначено, що зміст поняття зводиться до інтегрованого визначення. Звернуто увагу на те, що зростання ролі інформації та інфор- маційних технологій наповнює новим змістом самостійну роботу студентів. Вона розгля- дається і як різновид діяльності, що стиму- лює активність, самостійність, пізнавальний інтерес суб’єктів навчання, розвиток їхньої самоорганізації та формування професійних компетентностей, і як система заходів, що забезпечує керівництво і контроль. Метою дослідження є виявлення особливос- тей організації самостійної роботи студен- тів як засобу формування їхньої професійної компетентності. Отримано статистично значущі кореляції між уявленнями студентів про ефектив- ність виконання завдань самостійної роботи і поглибленням ними своїх знань та умінь, ефективністю їхньої підготовки до професій- ної діяльності за допомогою новітніх інфор- маційних технологій, підвищенням ними своєї самостійності, відповідальності в процесі виконання завдань самостійної роботи. На підставі аналізу результатів емпіричного дослідження підсумовується, що організація самостійної роботи у вищій школі має бути гнучкою до вибору методів, форм і умов навчання та орієнтованою на відповідність професійної підготовки спеціалістів сучасним вимогам. Вона повинна сприяти реалізації творчого потенціалу, коли студенти само- стійно вибирають джерела інформації та аналізують їх за запропонованим викладачем алгоритмом. Наголошено, що зацікавленість студентів зміс- том завдань самостійної роботи формує їхні професійні компетентності та позначається на процесі самореференції професійної ідентич- ності. Самостійна робота студентів в умовах дистанційного навчання є специфічною техно- логією у формуванні професійної компетент- ності майбутніх спеціалістів. Висновок зро- блено на підставі того, що самостійна робота системно позначається на різних аспектах навчальної діяльності студентів: мотивацій- ному, особистісному та професійному. Addressing the problem of quality professional training of students, the author sees opportunities to increase its effectiveness in the integration of individual and personal characteristics with the interest of higher education students in the content of the tasks of independent work. This will contribute to the formation of professional skills and abilities of students and meet the level of modern requirements for future professionals. The implementation of this approach can be carried out within the competence paradigm. The analysis of the category "professional competence" is considered in the context of professional and practical training in higher education. It is noted that the meaning of the concept is reduced to an integrated definition. Attention is drawn to the fact that the growing role of information and information technology fills new content of independent work of students. It is seen as a kind of activity that stimulates activity, independence, cognitive interest of subjects, the development of their self-organization and the formation of professional competencies, and as a system of activities that provides guidance and control. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of the organization of independent work of students as a means of forming their professional competence. Statistically significant correlations were obtained between students’ perceptions of the effectiveness of independent work and deepening their knowledge and skills, the effectiveness of their preparation for professional activity with the help of the latest information technologies, increasing their independence, responsibility in the process of independent work. Based on the analysis of the results of empirical research, it is concluded that the organization of independent work in higher education should be flexible in the choice of methods, forms and conditions of study and focused on the compliance of professional training with modern requirements. It should promote the realization of creative potential, when students independently choose the sources of information and analyze them according to the algorithm proposed by the teacher. It is emphasized that students’ interest in the content of tasks of independent work forms their professional competencies and affects the process of self-reference of professional identity. Independent work of students in terms of distance learning is a specific technology in the formation of professional competence of future professionals. The conclusion is made on the basis of the fact that independent work systematically affects various aspects of students’ learning activities: motivational, personal and professional.
