| Abstract: | Lexical stock of Ukrainian as very other language contains a great number of words and expressions used in a particular expression or by a particular group of people, which are difficult for other people to understand – often used to show disapproval. Literary language has been ignoring them for a long time owing to the extralinguistic reasons. However, the existence of multiform dialectisms and slangisms testifies that language is a dynamic system, which constantly lives and develops. |
