Психологія кар’єри та професійна комунікативна толерантність в українському контексті

Abstract

Актуальність теми дослідження зумовлена браком ґрунтовних фундамен тальних досліджень з психології кар’єри в Україні. Проблема формування профе сійної кар’єри, кар’єрних орієнтацій студентської молоді майже не досліджена в нашій країні як у теоретичному, так і в практичному аспекті. Метою стат ті є розкриття специфіки рівнів комунікативної професійної толерантності і кар’єрної спрямованості студентів-психологів до забезпечення якості європей ських освітніх стандартів (Dublin Descriptors) у взаємозв’язку із плануванням майбутньої професійної кар’єри.

The topicality of the given investigation is due to the lack of basic, fundamental research on Psychology of Career in Ukraine. The problem of professional career for mation as well as career orientations in university students is poorly studied both in theory and practice. The aim of the study is to dwell on the specifi c levels of communicative professional tol erance and career orientations in psychology students (from the fi rst up to the fourth course of the university training) as a refl ection of their adaptation to the demands to the market mentality in this country. Tolerant communication skills, career planning (from the very start at the higher educational establishment) and its development and correction at the process of education, makes it possible to provide quality education in future psychologists which meets the requirements of European Educational Standards (Dublin Descriptors). The authors focus on the study of psychological characteristics of professional career development in the relation to the communicative tolerance as the markers of market thinking fl exibility as well as competences shaped.
