Кількісна та якісна оцінка ефективності інноваційного університету

Abstract

У статті запропоновано механізм кількісної та якісної оцінки ефективності ін новаційного розвитку університету через систему індексації та моніторингу зазна ченого процесу. Маючи в своєму розпорядженні таку інформацію, суб’єкти управлін ня університетом на різних рівнях отримують можливість вироблення і прийняття найбільш ефективних управлінських рішень щодо інноваційного розвитку. Описаний набір оціночних критеріїв (наприклад статистичних оцінок) у процесі середньо- та довгострокових моніторингових досліджень інноваційного розвитку університету та його підрозділів може певною мірою модифікувати ся. Але для забезпечення коректності порівняльного аналізу ефективності інно ваційного розвитку основні критерії цього аналізу у всіх випадках практичного застосування повинні бути єдиними.

In the article quantitative and qualitative estimation of effi ciency of innovative de velopment of the university is made through the system of indexation and monitoring of effi ciency of innovative development of the university. Having such information at its dis posal, university management subjects at diff erent levels get the opportunity to develop and adopt the most eff ective management decisions regarding innovation development. The proposed set of evaluation criteria (for example, statistical estimates) in the process of medium- and long-term monitoring research on the innovation development of the University and its subdivisions may be modifi ed to some extent. But to ensure the correctness of the comparative analysis of the eff ectiveness of innovation development, the main criteria of this analysis in all cases of practical application should be united.
