Співпраця сім'ї та дошкільного закладу у вихованні дітей

Abstract

Повноцінне виховання дошкільника відбувається в умовах тісної співпраці сімї та дошкільного закладу. Як відомо сім’я є першим і найважливішим інститутом соціалізації дитини. Але так як більшість батьків змушене займатися «пошуком» засобів існування, діти проводять дуже багато часу (9-10 годин на день) в дитячих садах. По суті, їх вихованням займаються педагоги, які діють за спеціально розробленими програмами. Але вплив сімейного виховання на формування особистості дитини відіграє значну роль.

Полноценное воспитание дошкольника происходит в условиях тесного сотрудничества семьи и дошкольного учреждения. Как известно семья является первым и важнейшим институтом социализации ребенка. Но так как большинство родителей вынуждено заниматься «поиском» средств существования, дети проводят очень много времени (9-10 часов в день) в детских садах. По сути, их воспитанием занимаются педагоги, действующих по специально разработанным программам. Но влияние семейного воспитания на формирование личности ребенка играет значительную роль. The issue of cooperation of educators and parents is currently relevant to many scientists. The complexity of modern educational problems and the inability to fi nd the right solutions lead to numerous parental mistakes. Their causes lie in an inability of parents to self-criticism, lack of knowledge, skills and abilities to care and educate, communicate with children of diff erent age; misunderstanding that it is the family and the fellowship in it, which is not only a kind of background of all life, but also the leading means of raising children,all of the are the most important factors of identity formation. The main objectives and approximate contents of cooperation of preschools with parents are outlined in the annual plan of the head and seniour teacher. Working with family is challenging, in both organizational and psychological and pedagogical plan. Therefore, psycho-pedagogical education of parents carried out by the preschool institution has the focus. The specifi cs of the caregiver with the family is dictated primarily by psycho-physiological features of children of this age: the protection of life, health of the baby, creating the conditions for proper physical development. First of all, you need to establish a special form of communication, which is called "confi dence-business contact". Parents are active and responsibile if the relationship with teachers is based on openness, trust, cooperation, interaction. A modern kindergarten assists the prosperity of a family and in some ways replaces the family for the problematic child. Key words: cooperation, education, family, children, preschool institution.
