| Abstract: | The pressure of saturated vapors of Cd2P3Br and Cd2P3І single crystals was investigated by the statistical method using the quartz null manometer in the temperature intervals of 542-956K and 556- 965K respectively. The equations for linear ranges of lgP-f(1/T) dependency are given and evaporation heats are found. P-T diagrams were used for selection of growing conditions for crystals of ternary compounds from the gaseous phase. |
