| Abstract: | The paper is devoted to the investigation of phase equilibria in HgTe-HgBr2-HgI2 system. Phase diagrams of Hg3Te2Br2-Hg3Te2I2 polythermal section and HgX-HgBr2-HgI2 isothermal section at 470 K were built on the results of differential thermal and X-ray phase analyses of samples. The Hg3Te2Br2-Hg3Te2I2 system is characterized by peritectic interaction, intermediate compound Hg3Te2BrI and wide ranges of solid solutions. |
