| Abstract: | The CuInP2S6 -AgInP2S6 system have been established using X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis. The CuInP2S6 forms by syntectic type of the formation at 1113 К±5К, compound AgInP2S6 melts congruently (melting point - 925±5 K). The CuInP2S6 - AgInP2S6 system is characterized by limited miscibility of the tetrary compounds. At the temperature of the perytectic reaction 1082±5К miscibility of the AgInP2S6 in CuInP2S6 (α- solid solution) makes ~25 mol.%, region of the β-solid solutions on the AgInP2S6 base ~35 mol.%, and at the temperature of annealing (770±5К) – 12 and 30 mol.% accordingly. |
