| Abstract: | The samples of YBa2Cu3О7-бFх ceramics were synthesized. The formation of unlimited solid solutions YBa2Cu3О7-бFх was found. The limits of YBa2Cu3О7-бFх (x=0:0.30(2)) were calculated on base of quantitative X-ray powder diffraction analysis. It was shown that atoms of fluorine are not occupy the positions O(4) and O(5) in crystal structure of YBa2Cu3О7-б. |
