Abstract:	У статті розглянуто художні особливості автобіографічного роману „Чайка” Д.Бузька. Твір проаналі- зовано в контексті написаних у 20-30-ті рр. творів на тему української революції та визвольних змагань1917-1920 рр. В центрі уваги – аналогії з творчими пошуками тогочасних письменників, застосовані у творі стилістичні та наративні прийоми, засоби авантюрно-пригодницької прози, елементи кіно. Ключові слова: роман, автобіографізм, психологізм, авантюрно-пригодницька проза.
Description:	In the article the artistic peculiarities of the autobiographic novel “Seagull” by D. Buzok are scrutinized. The composition is analyzed in the context of the prose of the 20-30-th on the topic of the Ukrainian revolutionary and liberating rivalries of the 1917-1920. In the centre of attention are the analogues with the artistic quests of the writers of that period, the stylistic and narrative methods, instruments of the adventure prose, and elements of the cinematography. Key words: novel, autobiographism, psychologism, adventure prose.
