Становлення та розвиток системи професійної освіти фахівців з фізичного виховання в Україні

Abstract

Стаття присвячена актуальній проблемі професійної діяльності вчителя фізичної ку-льтури та специфіці підготовки до її ефекти-вного здійснення. Мета дослідження - аналіз особливостей розвитку системи професійної підготовки фахівців з фізичного виховання в Україні на різних історичних етапах її станов-лення. Для досягнення поставленої мети вико-ристовували комплекс методів дослідження: теоретичний аналіз та узагальнення наукової та науково-педагогічної літератури, докумен-тальний метод, метод системного аналізу, метод порівняння. Питання повноцінного фізи-чного розвитку молодих поколінь, формування їх фізичної культури – одна з нагальних про-блем сьогодення, розв’язання якої є завданням низки наукових галузей, зокрема педагогіки, психології, філософії, медицини. Результат наукових пошуків у цій царині – розмаїття те-орій, концепцій, методик фізичного виховання, що забезпечують належне підґрунтя для супро-воду дітей і молоді на шляху їх фізичного зрос-тання, розвитку їх фізичних сил та можливос-тей. Водночас незаперечним є факт, що жодну концепцію фізичного виховання підростаючих поколінь неможливо реалізувати у повному обсязі без ґрунтовно підготовлених фахівців цієї галузі, які виконують головну роль в організації та здійсненні виховного процесу. Формування фізичної культури, спрямованої на збереження і зміцнення здоров’я, розвиток фізичних якостей з метою гармонійного формування особистості, неможливе без наявності висококваліфікованих фахівців. У статті розкрито стан кадрового забезпечення сфери шкільного фізичного вихо-вання на теренах України впродовж ХІХ- ХХІ століття, практика організації процесу про-фесійної підготовки вчителів фізичної культу-ри, напрями її удосконалення відповідно до по-точних потреб школи і суспільства. Особливіс-тю процесу є високий рівень диференційовано-сті напрямів сучасної української історіографії питань професійної підготовки фахівців з фі-зичного виховання дітей і молоді. Чимало істо-рико-педагогічних досліджень торкаються пи-тань теорії і практики професійної освіти педагогічних кадрів фізкультурного профілю. Вагоме місце також займають дослідження творчої спадщини видатних педагогів минулого, чиї напрацювання є цінним джерелом інформа-ції для сучасних дослідників проблеми професій-ної освіти педагогічних кадрів фізкультурного профілю. Насамперед вчені спрямовують зу-силля на вивчення теоретичних і методичних засад професійної підготовки фахівців фізичного виховання, вказуючи на наявність численних суперечностей у системі професійної підготов-ки педагогічних кадрів фізкультурного профілю, розв’язання яких вимагає ґрунтовного пере-осмислення та визначення конструктивних шляхів їх вирішення.

Introduction. The article deals with the actual problem of the professional activity of physical educators and the characteristics of preparation for its effective performance. The purpose of the study is to analyze the development peculiarities of the system of professional training for the specialists in physical education in Ukraine at different historical stages of its formation. The research methods used to achieve the goal are as follows: theoretical and general analysis of scientific and scientific-pedagogical literature, documentary method, method of system analysis, comparative method. Results. The issue of all-round physical development of young generations and formation of their physical culture is one of the vital current problems, the solution of which is the task of numerous scientific fields, including pedagogy, psychology, philosophy, medicine. The scientific research of the issue has resulted in a variety of theories, concepts and methods of physical education that provide children and youth with the appropriate basis for their physical development and the enhancement of their physical strength and capabilities. Simultaneously, it is undeniable that no concept of physical education of the younger generations can be fully implemented without the trained professionals, playing a leading role in organization and implementation of the educational process. Formation of physical culture aimed at maintenance and promotion of health, and improvement of physical qualities for the purpose of harmonious development of an individual, is impossible without highly qualified specialists. Originality. The article describes the state of personnel provision in the sphere of school physical education in Ukraine during the XIX-XXI centuries, the practice of organizing the professional training process for physical educators, and the directions of its improvement in accordance with the current needs of the school and society. The peculiarity of the process is the high level of direction differentiation in modern Ukrainian historiography of the specialists training in physical education of children and youth. Many historical and pedagogical researches deal with the theory and practice of professional training for pedagogical staff in physical education. The research heritage of outstanding educators of the past is a valuable source of information for modern researchers of professional training for pedagogical staff in physical education. Conclusions. Scientists are primarily focusing on studying the theoretical and methodological principles of professional training for the specialists in physical education, emphasizing the numerous contradictions in the system of professional training for pedagogical staff in physical education, which solving requires a careful consideration and defining the constructive ways of their solution.
