Дослідження полівекторної діяльності центру соціальних служб для сім'ї, дітей та молоді як суб'єкта соціальної роботи

Abstract

У статті здійснено наголос на тому, що соціально-економічний розвиток України супроводжу ється низкою суперечностей та труднощів, що передбачає активізацію механізмів соціальної політики задля захисту та підтримки осіб, що опинились у СЖО. Зауважено на комплексній роботі, що стане дієвим інстру ментом реалізації конституційних прав та свобод громадян України щодо соціального забезпечення. Мета дослідження полягала у висвітленні структурних елементів системи соціальних служб України, зокрема, цен трів соціальних служб для сім’ї, дітей та молоді як осередка реалізації соціальної роботи. Інше завдання по лягало у тому, щоб довести дійсність полівекторної діяльності Центру, що й було досягнуто шляхом аналізу документів Хмельницького міського Центру соціальних служб для сім’ї, дітей та молоді. Диференційовано соціальне обслуговування як форму соціальної роботи мережі органів соціальної роботи, професійна діяль ність яких спрямована на реалізацію державної соціальної політики щодо соціально незахищених груп осіб задля підтримки їх життєдіяльності. Опираючись на практичні дані, ми наголосили на ефективності мульти дисциплінарної роботи фахівців соціальної сфери при застосуванні міждисциплінарної форми роботи, що допомагатиме особам подолати складні життєві обставини. Вказано низку закладів та установ, що складають системи соціальних служб, де виокремлено ЦСССДМ (приклад м. Хмельницький), розкрито усі напрями ро боти із зазначенням статистичних даних, що доводять достатньо високий рівень ефективності полівекторної діяльності закладу.

Abstract. The socio-economic development of Ukraine is accompanied by a number of contradictions and diffi culties, involving the displays of social policy mechanisms to protect and support people in diffi cult life circumstances. The complex work is to become an eff ective tool for the implementation of constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens of Ukraine in terms of social security. The purpose of the study − to highlight the structural elements of the system of social services of Ukraine, in particular, the centers of social services for families, children and youth as a center for social work implementation. Another task – to prove the validity of the Center’s multi vector activities by analyzing the documents of the Khmelnytskyi City Center for Social Services for Families, Children and Youth. Social services are diff erentiated as a form of social work of the network of social work bodies, whose professional activity is aimed at implementing the state social policy for socially vulnerable groups of people to support their livelihoods. Based on practical data, we emphasized the eff ectiveness of multidisciplinary work of social workers in the application of an interdisciplinary form of work, helping individuals to overcome diffi cult life circumstances. A number of institutions (Khmelnytskyi City Center for Work with Children and Adolescents at the place of residence, Khmelnytskyi City District Department of the State Institution «Probation Center», Khmelnytskyi City Employment Center, Juvenile Prevention Department of the Headquarters of the National Police of Khmelnytskyi region, Remand Prison, the Service for Children of the Khmelnytskyi City Council) habe been characterised, which make up the system of social services, the Center for Social Services for Families, Children and Youth including (example of Khmelnytskyi). The areas of work (individual and group counseling, informational and educational work in educational institutions, social and preventive work with diff erent categories of clients, psychological and motivational work, social support, advertising and information activities in the social sphere) have been disclosed proving the suffi ciently high level of effi ciency of institution polyvector activity.
