Сучасні тенденції змін освітнього середовища закладів загальної середньої освіти

Abstract

Статтю присвячено проблемі створення сучасного освітнього середовища в українських шко лах, зокрема, обґрунтовано потребу визначення основних тенденцій змін освітнього середовища та ознайом лення з ними педагогічних працівників з метою підготовки їх до проєктування ефективного освітнього сере довища. Мета статті – визначити та охарактеризувати ключові тенденції змін освітнього середовища закладу загальної середньої освіти в контексті сучасної освітньої реформи та світових трансформаційних процесів. У дослідженні застосовано теоретичні методи: аналіз науково-педагогічної літератури, нормативно-право вих документів; узагальнення результатів досліджень ключових змін освітнього середовища шкіл в Україні та світі; синтез (визначення й характеристика основних тенденцій змін шкільного освітнього середовища). Емпіричні методи дослідження, спостереження та опитування, дали змогу виявити проблеми в освітніх середовищах експериментальних шкіл та розробити рекомендації для їх вирішення. В опитуванні взяли участь керівники шкіл (заступники керівників шкіл), учителі та учні (57 учасників). Результати дослідження: з’ясовано, що освітнє середовище українських шкіл змінюються під впливом багатьох зовнішніх і внутрішніх чинників та процесів; серед основних тенденцій змін освітнього середовища школи визначено та охарактери зовано такі, як: технологічні, соціокультурні, зміни підходів до розвитку освітнього середовища та тенденції навчання протягом усього життя.

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of creating a modern educational environment in Ukrainian schools, in particular, it is substantiated the need to identify and study the main trends in the school educational environment change in order to familiarize teachers and prepare them to design an eff ective educational environment. The purpose of the article is to identify and characterize the key trends in the educational environment change of general secondary education institution in the context of educational reform in Ukraine and global transformation processes. Theoretical methods were used in the research, such as: analysis of scientifi c and pedagogical literature, normative-legal documents and reporting documentation of experimental schools; generalization of the research results of changes in the educational environment of schools in Ukraine and the world; synthesis (defi nition and characterization of the main trends in the school educational environment change). Empirical research, observation and survey methods, have made it possible to identify problems in the educational environment organization of the experimental schools and develop recommendations for their solution. The survey was conducted among school principals, teachers and students of secondary and high school (a total of 57 participants). As a result of the study external and internal factors were identifi ed which infl uence the changes in the educational environment of Ukrainian schools; the main trends in the school educational environment change were identifi ed and characterized: 1) technological trends in the educational environment change; 2) socio-cultural trends in the school educational environment change; 3) trends in changing approaches to the development of the educational environment of the school; 4) trends in lifelong learning. We consider the perspectives for further research in studying the trends in education change in Ukraine and educational systems development of diff erent countries to be promising in order to identify problems and prospects for creating an eff ective educational environment to ensure the quality of Ukrainian education.
