Формування навичок ефективної співпраці учасників під час реалізації STEM-проєктів

Abstract

Анотація. Стаття присвячена аналізу формування навичок співпраці учасників STEM-проєктів та роз криттю особливостей ефективної співпраці з метою реалізації результативного та якісного STEM-проєкту. В епоху діджиталізації усіх сфер життя, молодь потребує живого спілкування та активної взаємодії. Метою статті є з’ясування особливостей навчального співробітництва під час реалізації STEM-проєктів крізь призму особистого розвитку кожного учасника, аналіз шляхів формування навичок ефективної співпраці у процесі реалізації STEM-проєктів. Застосовані методи дослідження: теоретичний аналіз літературних джерел; методи аналізу, синтезу для визначення категорій співпраці учасників STEM-проєктів; методи узагальнення та сис тематизації з метою формування власних поглядів на формування навичок ефективної співпраці через впро вадження STEM-проєктів. Саме тому у статті акцентовано увагу на навчальному співробітництві кожного учасника під час реалізації STEM-проєктів через особистий розвиток. Розкрито специфіку формування умінь учнівства через співпрацю у чотирьох аспектах: співпраця між учнівством; вчительством; учнівством та вчи тельством; учнівством, вчительством та фахівцями. Розвиток технологічних умінь є актуальними як у профе сійній діяльності так і у шкільному житті. Саме тому у статті акцентується увага на співпраці через цифрові технології. Систематизовано позитивні сторони вище окресленої співпраці та наголошено на негативних.

Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of the formation of skills of cooperation of participants of STEM projects and the disclosure of the features of eff ective cooperation in order to implement an eff ective and high-quality STEM-project. In the era of digitalization of all spheres of life, young people need live communication and active interaction. The purpose of the article is to clarify the features of educational cooperation during the implementation of STEM-projects through the prism of personal development of each participant, analysis of ways to develop skills of eff ective cooperation in the implementation of STEM-projects. Applied research methods: theoretical analysis of literature sources; methods of analysis, synthesis to determine the categories of cooperation of STEM-project participants; methods of generalization and systematization in order to form their own views on the formation of skills of eff ective cooperation through the implementation of STEM-projects. That is why the article focuses on the educational cooperation of each participant during the implementation of STEM-projects through personal development. The specifi cs of the formation of student skills through cooperation in four aspects are revealed: cooperation between students; teaching; apprenticeship and teaching; apprenticeship, teaching and professionals. The development of technological skills is relevant both in professional activities and in school life. That is why the article focuses on cooperation through digital technologies. The positive aspects of the above-out cooperation are systematized and the negative ones are emphasized. The prospect of further research is the formation of technological skills and abilities of eff ective cooperation of students through the implementation of STEM-projects by distance learning.
