Антропонім як об’єкт лінгвістичної експертизи

Abstract

Анотація. У статті актуалізовано проблеми суспільних функцій антропоніма. Увага зосереджена на питаннях лінгвістичної експертизи власної назви й деяких аспектах практичної діяльності експерта-лінгвіста. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю аналізу нових напрямків прикладної антропоніміки та потребою вироблення ме- тодології лінгвістичної експертизи власних назв. Антропонім як знакова одиниця мови є комунікативною субстанцією і юридичним знаком. Документально зафіксоване ім’я – це кодова лінгвістична інформація про особу, що при будь- яких розбіжностях у записах стає об’єктом юридичних спорів. Мета дослідження – розглянути питання, пов’язані із порушеннями ідентифікаційної функції антропоніма, охарактеризувати теоретичні основи та методологічні підходи до лінгвоекспертного аналізу власних імен людей. Об’єктом аналізу є записи особових імен в офіційних документах фізичних осіб, предметом – специфіка типології розбіжностей та лінгвістична аргументація встановлення ідентич- ності імені. Серед основних завдань: визначити місце антропонімних одиниць в теорії та практиці лінгвоексперто- логії, окреслити типологію лінгвістичної експертизи власних імен людей, описати моделі отримання відповідей на питання ідентичності імен. Поставлені завдання конкретизуються на прикладах встановлення ідентичності особового імені. Зокрема, проаналізовано причинно-наслідкові зв’язки відмінностей між записами імен спільного походження, можливості ідентифікації імен різної етимології, практики записів іншомовних особових імен українською мовою та українських імен латинською графікою. Розгляд особового імені як об’єкта лінгвістичної експертизи є своєрідною діагностикою відкритих питань української прикладної ономастики та соціоономастики, зокрема, проблем правопису власних назв, лексикографічної інтерпретації та ревіталізації витіснених українських імен. Результати роботи можуть бути застосовані при розробці спецкурсів з лінгвоекспертології та в практиці лінгвістичних експертиз, а також послу- жити базою для вироблення рекомендацій щодо правопису власних назв. Abstract. In the article it is actualized the problems of social function of anthroponym. The main attention is focused on the issues of linguistic expertise of personal name and some aspects of the linguists` practical activity. The relevance of the study is caused by the need to analyze new aspects of applied anthroponymy and the need to develop a methodology of linguistic examination of personal names. The anthroponym as a sign unit of language is a communicative substance and a legal sign. The documented name is coded linguistic information about the person and it becomes the subject of legal dispute sin case of any discrepancies in the records. The aim of the study is to consider issues related to violations of the identification function of anthroponym, to characterize the theoretical foundations and methodological approaches to linguistic expert analysis of personal names. The research object is the recording of personal names in official documents of individuals. The research subject is the specifics of the typology of differences and the linguistic argumentation of establishing identity of the name. The main objectives of the study: to determine the place of anthroponymic units in the theory and practice of linguoexpertology, to outline the typology of linguistic examination of personal names, to describe the models of obtaining answers to the question of identity of names. The objectives are specified on examples of establishing the identity of a personal name. A brief description of typological differences and aspects of linguistic argumentation of the identity of records of personal names is given. In particular, the causal relationships of differences between records of names of common origin, the possibility of identifying names of different etymologies, the practice of recording foreign personal names in Ukrainian and Ukrainian names in Latin graphics are analyzed. Consideration of the personal name as an object of linguistic expertise is a kind of diagnosis of open issues of Ukrainian practical onomastics and socio-onomastics, in particular, problems of the orthography of personal names, lexicographic interpretation and revitalization of displaced Ukrainian names. The results of the study can be used in the development of special courses in linguistic expertise and in the practice of linguistic examinations, also they can serve as a basis for making recommendations on the orthography of personal names.
