Перспективи розвитку біоекономіки замкнутого циклу в Україні

Abstract

В сучасних умовах розвитку сільського господарства та сільських територій особливо важливого значення набуває розвиток біоекономіки замкнутого циклу. Подолання сучасних і запобігання ймовірним екологічним кризам неможливі без чіткого розуміння розвитку біоорієнтованої економіки, яка базується на знаннях. Важливими напрямами також мають стати розробка екобіотехнологій, спрямованих на виробництво біогазу та водню з органічних відходів, мікробіологічна деструкція ксенобіотиків, застосування біоіндикації та біотестування в системі екологічного моніторингу. Розвиток біоорієнтова- ної економіки тісно пов’язаний з формуванням відповідної законодавчої, інституціональної і соціальної структур, на формування яких впливають наукові розробки провідних вчених світу. У статті охарактеризовано сутність поняття біоекономіки, біоекономіки замкнутого циклу. Визначено п’ять напрямів діяльності ФАО щодо сприяння переходу до стійкої біоекономіки замкнутого циклу з метою вдосконалення виробництва, підвищення якості харчування і рівня життя, і поліпшення стану навколишнього середовища. Визначено проблемні питання, які потребують вирішення задля позитивного розвитку біоекономіки замкнутого циклу в Україні. Обґрунтовано рекомендації та організаційно-методичні підходи до розвитку біоекономіки замкнутого циклу в Україні.

In modern conditions of agricultural and rural development, the development of a closed-cycle bioeconomy is especially important. Overcoming modern and preventing possible environmental crises is impossible without a clear understanding of the development of a bio-oriented knowledge-based economy. Important areas should also be the development of ecobiotechnologies aimed at the production of biogas and hydrogen from organic waste, microbiological destruction of xenobiotics, the use of bioindication and biotesting in the environmental monitoring system. The development of a bio-oriented economy is closely connected with the formation of appropriate legislative, institutional and social structures, the formation of which is influenced by the scientific developments of the world’s leading scientists. The article describes the essence of the concept of “bioeconomy”, closed cycle bioeconomy. Listed are five areas of FAO’s work to promote the transition to a sustainable, closed-cycle bioeconomy to improve production, improve food quality and living standards, and improve the environment. The problematic issues that need to be addressed for the positive development of the closed-cycle bioeconomy in Ukraine have been identified. Recommendations and organizational and methodological approaches to the development of closed-cycle bioeconomy in Ukraine are substantiated.
